Executive Director Products

Job Description


  • Lead the design and execution of strategies and plans to develop real estate financing initiatives across the Kingdom, by managing product innovation activities and housing solutions to achieve the Organization’s strategic objectives and increase homeownership rates among citizens.
  • Develop and cascade the overall Product Sector strategy, ensuring alignment of vision, mission, and strategic priorities across all internal departments.
  • Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all Product Sector activities, maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality, cost-efficient services.
  • Consolidate and manage the Product Sector budget, monitoring financial performance against targets, identifying underperformance areas, and driving cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Approve workforce plans and operational requirements to ensure seamless execution of Product Sector activities.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional coordination with relevant departments to provide the necessary support and enable successful delivery of sector objectives.
  • Oversee market research, feasibility studies, and financial analyses related to real estate financing products, ensuring the development of innovative product offerings targeting underserved segments and aligning with national strategic goals.
  • Guide teams in identifying and analyzing new product opportunities through market research and stakeholder insights, ensuring competitiveness and continuous innovation in product offerings.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management for financing products, from ideation through development to delivery, ensuring comprehensive assessment of product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead change management initiatives by driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and operational practices, aligned with global best practices and evolving market dynamics.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Master’s Degree: Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • PhD: Minimum of 8 years of experience.
