We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a Riyadh-based platform undergoing significant strategic expansion. The organization operates at a domestic impact level and is entering a new phase of structured growth and cross-sector integration.

The Executive Director will work in close partnership with senior leadership and serve as a principal architect of high-impact sectoral and cross-sector initiatives. This is a hands-on, content-driven strategy role — not a coordination or oversight function.

Mandate Overview

Structuring and developing large-scale strategic initiatives

Translating high-level mandates into actionable programs

Driving alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems

Supporting senior leadership in critical strategic decision forums

The successful candidate will personally lead the development of strategic frameworks, detailed materials, and executive-level content.
