Will be responsible for managing recruitment process, Induction, leave & attendance, payroll & compliance, employees’ personal accidental & medical insurance policies and maintaining and updating of employee data and formats. Reviewing & updating of HR policies, timely performance appraisal reviews, manage employee separation processes.

Candidate Criteria: –

Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in in managing all HR functions. Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English alongwith exposure to advanced excel. Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here.
