Hr and Operation manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Operations Manager to oversee daily office administration, manage HR operations, support employee engagement, and act as a coordinator for learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR practices along with a passion for process improvement and technology integration

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration:

Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional workplace.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and administrative protocols.

2. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain essential reports related to HR and operational activities.

Ensure accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and decision-making.

3. Employee Relations and Grievance Handling:

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Provide timely resolution and escalate when necessary, ensuring a positive work environment.

4. Learning & Development Coordination:

Act as the program coordinator for multiple concurrent training programs.

Manage attendance tracking, logistics, and training feedback collection.

5. HR Policy and Compliance:

Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.

6. HR Technology and Innovation:

Leverage HR technology, AI tools, and automation to enhance HR processes.

Stay up to date with the latest HR tech trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.

Experience with HR technology platforms, AI, and automation tools is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Passion for continuous learning and staying current with HR trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
