1. Develop, implement, monitor and review Executive Education customized programs, open enrollment programs, and online programs and monitor department performance in close coordination with the Dean in order to ensure alignment with School Strategy
2. Identify, direct and lead new education and training opportunities, develop customer and partners relationships in order to meet the School’s growth targets.
3. Initiate, build and manage strategic relationships with key entities and relevant professional bodies concerned with Executive Education requirements at local, regional and international levels in order to achieve Executive Education targets and raise the image of the School as a premium provider of professional expertise and services.
4. Develop strong relationships with professional bodies and best trainers, in order to provide the served entities with the best development services.
5. Develop and update the training materials with the latest knowledge, in both customized and enrollment programs
6. Addressing competitive providers, benchmarking, prepare and implement the annual Executive Education plan, and conduct business meetings with the major corporate clients.
7. Provide professional support to cover all aspects of Executive Education in open enrollment, customized programs as well as Smart Executive Education Platform.
8. Supervise the process of preparing material for Executive Education programs which will enhance the image of MBRSG and exceed the expectations of the department’s clients.
9. Set evaluation criteria to evaluate training materials and evaluate lecturers’ performance.
10. Select various psychometric and leadership assessment tests to ensure candidates selections in lines with best selection criteria.
11. Design and manage the business proposals with the concerned entities requesting customized trainings and leadership skills assessments.
12. Responsible for assessing and identification of lecturers’ and trainers selection and formulation, determination and guidance on course content.
13. Manage the evaluation and follow up reports on each program, so as to meet cost and revenue budgets and goals.
14. Prepare financial statements and forecasts and develop proposals for potential clients, including program content and design and detailed preparation of budgets.
15. Supervise, guide, motivate and appraise faculty members as well as participants in order to ensure optimal performance from the team.


Qualifications


  • Master Degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Preferably with:

o Learning & Development Certification

o Project Management Professional Certification

International Business Management Certification

12+ years’ experience in a similar role , preferably in Executive Education development and administration
