Key Responsibilities

BOQ and BOM preparation and uploading in the ERP system.

Attaching all relevant documents (Signed Work Orders, approval sheet etc.) in the system.

Creating and updating Work Orders in ERP.
-
Handling all system-related operational tasks accurately and on time.
-
Documentation & Office Tools:
-
Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
-
Ability to prepare detailed Comparative Statements (CS) after receiving quotations.
-
Maintaining proper documentation and filing (digital & physical).
-
Industry Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Construction/Real Estate company is mandatory.
-
Strong understanding of site documentation, work order flow, vendor coordination, and BOQ-related processes.

Coordination:
-
Coordinating with contractors/vendors to collect signed Work Orders, quotations, and other required documents.
-
Following up with internal teams for approvals and ERP updates.
-
Ensuring all documents are received, verified, and recorded properly.
Required Skills
-
Strong ERP handling capability.
-
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formatting, comparison statements).
-
Good communication and coordination skills.
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
