Executive Export Customer Service & Documentation

Job Responsibilities

  1. Export Documentation Knowledge: Solid understanding of Export Documentation procedures, including BL preparation, draft amendments and manifest filing.
  2. Terminal Coordination: Collaborate with terminal operators and stevedores to obtain Terminal Receipts and ensure they're recorded in the manifest system.
  3. System Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to operate and navigate systems such as OVA.
  4. Customer Handling: Ability to independently manage customer and internal stakeholder queries related to
  5. BL, draft amendments, part B/L preparation, DG documentation.
  6. Cross-Functional Support: Flexibility to act as backup for export sr. Executive and actively support peers through training and shared knowledge.
  7. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to propose practical solutions to customer issues, improve workflows, and contribute to customer-centric enhancements.
  8. Effective Communication: strong email correspondence and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with finance, sales, terminals, and principal offices.


KSA & Skill Requirement:

  • Shipping knowledge is a must
  • Writing and speaking skills and creative skills and multitasking
  • Perform under pressure.
  • Handle typical customers efficiently.
  • Work as per global deadlines.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Sanction countries shipments with GVA compliance team to get approvals.


Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduation preferably Master’s
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience with shipping background.
