IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manage fiber optics team to support the fiber network, its implementation and maintenance. Manage fiber engineering network maintenance support 24/7.Schedule and prioritize the workload of the fiber engineering and external vendor resources. Manage record documentation completed by Fiber teams and contract resources associated with PTCL.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage fiber optics team to support the fiber network, its implementation and maintenance.
• Manage record documentation completed by Fiber teams and contract resources associated with PTCL.
• Work jointly with the leadership from the NOC, Field Operations, and Change management teams.
• Schedule and prioritize the workload of the fiber engineering and external vendor resources.
• Establish, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of deliverable and supporting workflows in order to measure operational performance, identify and assess areas of opportunity for improved process efficiencies and performance.
• Develop and coach employees, as well as ensuring similar opportunities through-out the team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BE / BS (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering or any other relevant engineering)

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
