Job Description:
Sree Dhanya Homes is hiring an Executive – Finance for handling finance and accounting activities related to residential construction projects in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting of income and receivables with reconciliation
• Cheque entries and corresponding bank payments
• Bank reconciliation
• Petty cash payment entries
• Recording advance receipts from flat sales
• Support for bank loan approval–related processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Com
• Experience: 1–2 years in finance/accounting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
