Bharat Technologies Job Description – Accounts Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll, vendor coordination, and document management. This role offers excellent exposure to financial processes in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle money inflow and outflow, including petty cash, daily expenses, and payments.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts, and bank statements.
- Prepare and review financial reports for management.
- Manage vendor purchase orders (POs), bills, and timely vendor payments.
- Process customer invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Handle monthly salary preparation and statutory payroll compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax).
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain hard copy files and records of all required documents.
- Submit documents for weekly/monthly internal audits and provide support as and when required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Work efficiently using Zoho Books / Tally / other accounting software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software.
- Understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze financial data.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in GST filing, PF/ESI returns, payroll, and audit support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
