IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for the O&M of FTTH/ Flash Fiber network in the Rawalpindi metropolitan area. The manager executes corrective maintenance including restoration of OFC cuts in the feeder and distribution network and resolves low optical power issues at OLT, FDH and FAT level. He also ensures preventive maintenance of ODFs in Exchanges, FDHs and FAT/NAP and civil works for saving the OFCs.

Flash Fiber is an integral part of PTCL revenues and brand equity, and the manager ensures smooth operations and customer satisfaction which leads to improved CHI and MTTR.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Corrective Maintenance including O&M of FTTH network in Rawalpindi metropolitan area (Restoration of OFC cuts at Feeder and Distribution level up to FAT, Low Power issues at OLT, FDH and FAT level)
• Preventive Maintenance of FTTH Network
• Lead and manage fiber maintenance teams working continuously 24/7 to address FTTH network issues
• Handle OPEX and CAPEX requirements on the SAP
• Coordination with Development team in Planning and design of FTTH Network and PAT Activities after deployment and Liaising with Govt Organizations and Local Societies for avoidance of OFC Cuts

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors /Masters (Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Electronics) from HEC Recognized University
