Graphic Designer – Artwork Mods & Production

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Team: Glamrs x Purplle

Type: Full-time

What This Role Is For

We’re looking for two junior designers who can turn around clean, on-brand artwork quickly and accurately. The role is production-heavy: resizing, re-layouts, copy swaps, localization, and preparing final exports for banners, PDP assets, packaging, emails, and social.

What You’ll Do

  • Take a master visual and build all required size/format variations without losing hierarchy and visual balance
  • Modify and adapt packaging artwork, ensuring print-readiness and brand consistency
  • Clean up design files so they are structured and ready for handoff to internal teams or print vendors
  • Maintain consistency in brand grids, type styles, color systems, and spacing
  • Export correctly for different platforms (web/app/social) and print formats (CMYK, dielines, bleed, etc.)
  • Follow systematic file organization, versioning, and namingconventions
  • Work closely with the team and turn feedback around quickly and accurately

Must-haves

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe IllustratorandPhotoshop
  • Solid graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, alignment
  • Understanding ofdielines, bleed, margins, safe zones
  • Ability to adapt and update packaging labels, claims, ingredient panels
  • Preparing files for print with correct color profiles (CMYK/RGB)
  • Portfolio that shows before/after artwork modifications, multi-size creative sets, and (if available) packaging updates
  • Excellent file hygiene:tidy layers, linked assets, organized artboards, consistent type styles
  • Ability to export correctlyfor web, social, app, printing, and high-resolution needs
  • Basic competence with ChatGPT, MidJourney, or similar AI tools to support iteration and reference creation
