Executive Health Nurse

Job Summary

The Executive Health Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and coordination of services for executive health clients. The role involves conducting nursing assessments, coordinating health screening programs, facilitating diagnostic and specialist appointments, promoting preventive healthcare, and ensuring a seamless patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, confidentiality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including medical history collection and vital signs monitoring.
  • Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive health screening programs.
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens according to established protocols.
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patients during diagnostic procedures and report any abnormalities.
  • Provide health education and counseling on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

Care Coordination

  • Coordinate appointments, investigations, and specialist referrals.
  • Ensure timely completion of health screening packages and follow-up requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, and ancillary departments.

Patient Experience

  • Deliver personalized, patient-centered care with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Address patient concerns and provide timely support throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of executive health services.

Documentation and Quality

  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the electronic medical record system.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Monitor and report clinical incidents, risks, and patient feedback as required.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling, patient tracking, and service coordination.
  • Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Support departmental audits, accreditation activities, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in executive health, outpatient services, ambulatory care, VIP services, or preventive health programs preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary patient care services is an advantage.
