Executive Housekeeper

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, evaluating, and, when necessary, disciplining staff.
• Plan and assign daily and special cleaning tasks based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
• Prepare and control the housekeeping department’s annual budget.
• Approve and monitor supply requisitions, inventories, and stock levels for linen, uniforms, and guest amenities.
• Maintain and oversee the hotel’s lost-and-found system.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet company cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Accounts and General Store for asset and inventory management.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
