Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures to maintain a spotless environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage guest requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong background in janitorial practices and industrial cleaning.
• Demonstrated expertise in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, stripping, waxing, and tile maintenance.
• Prior experience managing housekeeping teams or leading housekeeper staff in a hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with guests.
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with hotel operations enhances success in this role.
