Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Manage employee engagement activities, training coordination, and grievance handling.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures.
Administration (Admin):
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and overall office upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative operations.
