Executive HR (Admin Focus)

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with FlowHCM and BreatheHR, and hold a Master’s degree in HR Management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations using FlowHCM and BreatheHR.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Coordinate performance management and payroll support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in HR Management (required).
• Experience working with FlowHCM & BreatheHR (required).
• 3 Years of HR experience (required).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
