Role & Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment & joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act.
- Maintain employee files and HRMS data.
- Support employee engagement & training.
- Oversee admin work – housekeeping, security, office upkeep.
- Manage vendor coordination, travel, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare HR/Admin reports for management.
Skills Required
- Basic HR & admin knowledge
- Good communication & MS Office skills
- Ability to handle employees & vendors
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR & Admin (dealership experience an advantage)
Note: These positions are for our New KIA Dealership & BLPL Office in NH 31, Begusarai.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
