Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment & joining formalities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Maintain employee files and HRMS data.
  • Support employee engagement & training.
  • Oversee admin work – housekeeping, security, office upkeep.
  • Manage vendor coordination, travel, and facility maintenance.
  • Prepare HR/Admin reports for management.

Skills Required

  • Basic HR & admin knowledge
  • Good communication & MS Office skills
  • Ability to handle employees & vendors

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR & Admin (dealership experience an advantage)

Note: These positions are for our New KIA Dealership & BLPL Office in NH 31, Begusarai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • HR Executive: 3 years (Preferred)
