Job Purpose
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment, HR operations, and administrative support. The role requires fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR & administrative processes to ensure efficient operations and effective talent acquisition.
Note: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for IT/software roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
- Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and the company website.
- Use innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks) to attract quality technical talent.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
2. HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain and update HR records (attendance, leave management, employee master data).
- Support payroll input preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in performance management activities.
3. Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
- Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and internal events.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination with internal teams.
Assist management in drafting HR and administrative policies, notices, and circulars.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, technical recruitment, and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in HR and Administration, with a strong focus on technical recruitment.
- Prior experience in IT/software hiring will be considered a strong advantage.
- Female candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
