Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems regularly.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance & leave records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Support training & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Administration
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and other essentials.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth operations.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees.
- Monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin role (preferred in healthcare/hospitality/service sector).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,583.34 - ₹24,009.54 per month
