Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems regularly.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance & leave records.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Support training & development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and other essentials.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth operations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and expenses.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin role (preferred in healthcare/hospitality/service sector).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,583.34 - ₹24,009.54 per month
