Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee induction, ID card creation, and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave updates.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Draft HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, and relieving letters.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee housekeeping activities to ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Handle visitor management, courier services, and front-desk coordination if required.
  • Maintain office equipment, AMC records, and service schedules.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and event support.
  • Ensure upkeep of company documents, licenses, and compliance files.
  • Coordinate with external agencies

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR software, MS Office, and attendance management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
