Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee induction, ID card creation, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave updates.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
- Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Draft HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, and relieving letters.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee housekeeping activities to ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Handle visitor management, courier services, and front-desk coordination if required.
- Maintain office equipment, AMC records, and service schedules.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and event support.
- Ensure upkeep of company documents, licenses, and compliance files.
- Coordinate with external agencies
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR software, MS Office, and attendance management systems.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
