Job Summary:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll, Daily wages, salary revisions and other benefits & allowances.
- Support in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance evaluation systems.
- Manage Insurance Policies and renewals
- Handling of SESSI & EOBI with timely payments.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and resolve their issues.
- Manage employee exit formalities, documentation, and full & final settlements.
- Oversee office administration, ensuring efficient facility management and maintenance of office premises.
- Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination with external service providers.
- Manage vehicle’s related work such as Files, periodic maintenance, tax payments, Insurance or any other issues arrive
- Maintain inventory control, office asset management, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR documentation standards.
