Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR & administrative operations, ensuring smooth office and facility management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and letters; support audits when required
- Manage employee records related to attendance, leave, medical, benefits, and compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, celebrations, offsites, and gifting programs
- Handle asset management including ID cards, access badges, seating, parking, and inventory tracking
- Manage procurement and stock of office supplies, pantry items, and operational consumables
- Build and manage vendor relationships; coordinate invoicing, payments, contracts, and service performance
- Support new office setups including vendor coordination, infrastructure readiness, and utilities
- Organize travel and accommodation for employees, clients, and guests as per policy
- Track administrative expenses, timelines, and deadlines; generate periodic reports
- Address employee administrative queries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in administration or office operations
- Prior experience as an HR Executive will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, office setup, and workplace logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong data and record management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and take ownership with minimal supervision
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel locally for office, vendor, and other business-related activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
