We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive HR Analyst to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about people analytics, HR operations, and data-driven decision-making. The selected candidate will support key HR functions by analyzing workforce data, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze HR data, records, and reports with accuracy
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics
• Monitor attendance, leave records, employee turnover, and other HR metrics
• Support recruitment reporting, onboarding analysis, and manpower planning
• Assist in performance management data tracking and reporting
• Identify trends and provide insights to support HR decision-making
• Ensure confidentiality and proper management of employee information
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes and reporting systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR reporting, HR operations, or analytics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Knowledge of Power BI or HRIS/ERP systems will be an advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
