Executive HR Analytics - Compensation & Benefits

Liberty Mills is looking for a talented AM/Executive HR Analytics to join its Human Resources team. If you excel in HR data, reporting, and analytical insights, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports Analyze
• HR data to identify trends and support management decisions
• Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy
• Support HR teams (TA, OD, Payroll, IR) with analytical insights
• Prepare monthly/quarterly HR presentations
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Analytics
• Strong MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI skills.
• Understanding of HR KPIs and HR systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Textile sector experience preferred (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
