Role Summary:
Responsible for managing daily HR operations across restaurants, ensuring smooth hiring, employee relations, compliance, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates for FOH/BOH roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage HRIS, employee files, confirmations, and transfers.
  • Handle exits, notice period, and FNF coordination.

Employee Relations

  • Address staff queries and grievances.
  • Conduct floor visits and ensure discipline.
  • Support welfare and grievance processes.

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Track attendance, leaves, OT, and weekly offs.
  • Share monthly payroll inputs and resolve salary queries.

Compliance

  • Maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, S&E).
  • Prepare documentation for audits.

Training & Engagement

  • Coordinate training programs (service, grooming, safety).
  • Plan engagement activities: R&R, birthdays, festivals.
  • Drive culture and retention initiatives.

Reporting

  • Prepare HR MIS: hiring status, attrition, manpower, training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; HR specialization preferred.
  • 1–4 years HR experience in hospitality/retail.
  • Strong communication, people handling, and Excel skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
