Executive - HR Operations

Hiring for HR Operations for Kurla Location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR records accurately.
  • Support onboarding activities including document verification, induction coordination, and employee ID creation.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, and HR-related communications.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR-related requirements.
  • Support addressing employee queries related to attendance tracking, leave management.
  • Assist in exit formalities and Full & Final (F&F) documentation.
  • Connect with new joiners for the onboarding process and ensure submission of required documents.
  • Follow up and coordination with respective HRBP for pending document submission of new joiners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to HR operations, with one to two years of experience, will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
