HR Operations & Analytics Specialist
As an HR Executive, you will be the cornerstone of our HR operations, ensuring data integrity, driving efficient recruitment for key business roles (especially Business Development), and enhancing the overall employee experience. This is a versatile role ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong affinity for both HR Technology (Keka HRIS) and data-driven decision-making (MIS).
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. HRIS Management & Reporting (Data & MIS)
- Manage Keka HRIS: Serve as the primary administrator for the Keka HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system utilization, and process compliance across all modules (Attendance, Leave, Employee Profiles, etc.).
- MIS Reporting & Dashboards: Design, prepare, and deliver timely Management Information System (MIS) reports, summary reports, HR dashboards, and detailed analytical power point presentations.
- Data Integrity: Regularly audit and reconcile HR data to ensure a single, accurate source of truth for all employee records, headcount, and key HR metrics.
2. Talent Acquisition & Performance Support
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various professional positions, with a specific focus on sourcing and hiring Business Development and other critical corporate roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Performance Metrics: Collaborate with hiring managers to define and document Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for new hires to facilitate effective performance management.
3. Employee Engagement & Operations
- Employee Support: Act as the point of contact for all employee queries related to HR policies, processes, leave, and attendance, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Engagement Activities: Plan, schedule, and execute various employee engagement activities, team-building events, and office celebrations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Assist in general HR activities including document preparation and maintaining employee files.
Required Skills
- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in MIS, HR operations and recruitment.
- HRIS Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience in managing and utilizing a robust KEKA HRIS/HRMS platform.
- Recruitment Acumen: Demonstrated ability to source and manage recruitment for professional roles, particularly in sales or business development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for clear employee query resolution, reports preparation, presentation delivery, and professional correspondence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and creating presentations.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to commit to a 6-day work week and a strong ownership mindset.
- Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
