We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with strong knowledge of HR processes, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent English communication skills. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting a performance-driven and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records using HR systems and Excel.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.) to analyze data and generate HR dashboards and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of all HR data and documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by providing precise employee and attendance data.
- Track and manage attendance, leave, and benefits through structured Excel-based reporting.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking progress.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation for new hires.
- Prepare and issue HR-related documents, such as offer letters, confirmations, and separation letters.
- Handle employee queries professionally through clear written and verbal communication.
- Support training coordination, compliance tracking, and HR record management.
- Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be able to build, analyze, and interpret reports).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS, attendance management systems, and payroll coordination is preferred.
- Professional, organized, and proactive approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
