Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
