Executive - HR (Recruiter)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
