Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruitment Executive

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executives to join our healthcare and medical billing team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various healthcare and medical billing roles.
• Manage job postings, resume databases, and recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer letters.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
• Support onboarding and initial orientation of new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Management Sciences with a major in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR (healthcare/medical billing preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability for onsite 9-hour night shift.
