E-commerce Recruiter (On-Site, Cover Shift)

Position: E-commerce Recruiter
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (On-site)
Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive E-commerce Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent specifically for e-commerce, Amazon, digital, and online business-related roles. The recruiter should be capable of handling the full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining a professional employer brand and ensuring the organization attracts and retains skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal referrals.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific e-commerce positions (e.g., digital marketing, product listing, customer support, sales, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and records in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top female talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in e-commerce or digital roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Fiverr, Upwork, and other job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management tools.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
