Recruitment Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from identifying hiring needs to onboarding qualified candidates. The role requires strong networking, communication, and organizational skills to attract and retain top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms (online job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Officer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in Sales.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
