
Job Responsibilities

Provide seamless
HR operational support services
to employees during their tenure and exit from the company. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining up-to-date employee personal records, ensuring policy awareness, managing probation & confirmations, handling grievances, overseeing attendance and leave management, and completing out-processing formalities during separation.

Extract, prepare, and share system reports/data as requested by stakeholders.

Manage and maintain Oracle HCM, utilizing HR analytics to identify priorities, address issues with existing HR services, and explore opportunities for enhancement.

Prepare the monthly payroll folder and sign off on information, including details regarding new joiners, probation confirmations, contract extensions, and separations.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements

Minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Preferred: Experience in BI report development, dashboards, and Oracle HCM-EBS.
