Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in real estate hiring. The role is fully focused on recruiting top sales, marketing, and operational talent to support business growth. Candidates with proven recruitment experience in real estate will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions including sales executives, managers, marketing, and site staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with business requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the real estate industry.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and social media hiring.
