- Reporting: Prepare and distribute HR reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity.
- HR administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, which can include managing employee personnel files and databases.
- Employee support: Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to their time and attendance.
