Diploma in Mechanical OR ITI in Fitter from a reputed Institute
Experience:
5 to 8 years of working experience in a Pharmaceutical Formulations plant.
Location: Ankleshwar Site.
Job Description and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Carrying out preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule.

Attending breakdown maintenance as per the work order received and log related activities in SAP/HANA PM Module for packaging machines and formulation equipment.

Maintaining tools/tackles properly.
-
Assisting the superior in implementing modifications / small projects.
-
Upkeep of the area and machines as per cGMP and EHS requirements.
-
Compliance to management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOP’s, and maintenance records.

Supervising and ensuring the execution of job work assigned to contractors as per the Company’s requirements.

Carrying out activities with full compliance to the training given on cGMP and EHS Guidelines.

Doing maintenance as per SOPs.

Use appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out maintenance.

Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions/behavior / unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situations with respect to Environment, Health, Safety.

Correcting the situation/action with the permission and guidance of the Superior or Head of the Department.

Participating wholeheartedly in the Company’s initiative for multi-skilling / job rotation etc.

Involves working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on the industry and operational needs.

In future, if there is a change in the reporting relationship, the reporting will be changed as per the organization's requirement.

In the case of inter-department or inter-location transfer, job description as applicable for that position shall have to be followed.
