Executive - Industrial Engineering

• Perform SAM Calculations to determine accurate time standards for various processes.
• Optimize production lines through Line Balancing to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen activities, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and elimination of the 8 Lean Wastes.
• Conduct Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead Waste Reduction initiatives within processing/manufacturing operations.
• Continuously enhance processing efficiency using industrial engineering techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or the textile industry.
• BE/ME in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering methods and lean manufacturing concepts.
