Write, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic,
Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
Create efficient, reliable code for new projects and upgrade existing
programs when required.
Connect PLCs with sensors, actuators, drives, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
Ensure seamless communication between different automation
components and networking protocols.
Carry out thorough testing of new automation systems before start-up.
Debug any issues and oversee commissioning to guarantee safe and
stable operation.
Quickly diagnose faults in PLC hardware or software to minimize
downtime.
Provide on-site support to production and maintenance teams when
issues arise.
Regularly maintain and upgrade PLC systems to keep them running at
peak efficiency.
Identify areas for performance improvement and implement optimization
strategies.
Prepare clear documentation of PLC programs, electrical schematics, and
configuration details.
Maintain detailed records of system changes and troubleshooting steps.
Work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance staff to plan
and implement automation solutions.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers or technicians when
needed.
Ensure all automation projects follow relevant safety standards, codes,
and industry regulations.
Conduct basic PLC training sessions for operators and maintenance teams
to strengthen in-house troubleshooting skills.
Skills &
Competencies
Required
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control, Automation,
Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Practical experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Proficiency with PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley (RSLogix/Studio
5000), Siemens (TIA Portal), Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, or Delta.
Hands-on knowledge of HMI and SCADA software.
Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-
functional teams.
Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo motors, and
motion control systems.
Familiarity with industrial networking protocols such as EtherNet/IP,
Modbus, Profibus, or Serial Communication.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
