JOB PURPOSE
Executive Internal Communication & Branding is responsible for supporting in planning, creating, and executing all Internal Communication Campaigns & Activities for MAGRABi, including in-person and virtual events, videos story board, company Intranet, internal branding, and e-communications across all operating markets (Egypt, UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait & Lebanon).
Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, mass communication or any relevant field.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

professional expertise with social media technologies and advanced knowledge of various communication tools.
Experience
-
1 to 3 years of experience in internal communications or closely related experience, with proven success.

Experience in developing internal communications platforms, channels, guidelines, and practices; communicating to frontline teams.

Graphic Design skills and video editing is a plus .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in rolling out activities that align with MAGRABi’s mission and culture, ensuring consistency in messaging across internal channels.

Handle day-to-day operations of announcements, intranet updates, e-communications, and support for in-person/virtual events.

Work with the Talent Acquisition team to implement branding campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Collaborate with teams to communicate engagement and inclusion initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.

Help in tracking and evaluating outcomes of campaigns, providing input to improve effectiveness.

Provide support in preparing briefs and coordinating with agencies, ensuring deliverables are aligned with expectations.

Assist in the planning and delivery of internal events (townhalls, regional visits, etc.) by handling communication materials and logistics.

Liaise with P&C and other teams to help cascade initiatives and maintain clear, consistent messaging across markets
