Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days)
Shift Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Executive – Inventory / Supply Chain to support operations for our 400+ T-Mobile retail stores across the U.S. The candidate will assist in managing inventory processes, tracking stock movements, and supporting data-driven decisions for store performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and update inventory data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist in identifying stock discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Support store teams in maintaining accurate inventory levels and replenishment.
• Monitor product movement and assist in aging stock analysis.
• Prepare inventory reports, trackers, and summaries in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for new store setups and inventory transfers.
• Participate in audit preparation and basic reconciliation tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or retail support roles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory operations, especially in retail or telecom sectors.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle U.S.-based inventory data securely.
