Job Description:

Qarshi Foundation is seeking a highly skilled IT Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing network infrastructure and server operations while ensuring consistent IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage server operations including email, AD, DHCP, DNS, and backup servers.
• Administer end-user accounts and monitor network performance.
• Maintain network asset inventory and documentation.
• Support and manage voice/data communication across locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues both onsite and remotely.
• Recommend and implement IT/network improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in IT / BS (Computer Science) / MCS
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Cisco or Microsoft Certifications
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Proven experience in network/server management
