Job Scope

To support the delivery of the learning and development strategy, drive business improvement, and execute strategies to develop talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with training vendors to deliver and implement training sessions.
  • Manage training facilities across the country.
  • Liaise with Country Heads, Regional Heads, Country HR team, and Line Managers to plan and deliver training programs.
  • Manage the line trainer program and monitor training standards.
  • Drive L&D activities to improve standards and achieve world-class talent development.
    • Initiate and execute the training calendar.
