Position Overview:

Detail-oriented Executive – Legal and Compliance to support the group’s expanding operations across multiple geographies. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of legal, regulatory, and compliance across all CTS entities, enabling the business to operate effectively within the boundaries of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Support and Risk Management

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements. • Advise management on legal risks, rights, and obligations. • Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed on legal disputes, corporate structuring, and regulatory issues. • Ensure company practices align with corporate, employment, commercial, and contract laws. • Manage Bankers' Guarantees, Bonds and Insurance documents

2. Compliance and Corporate Governance

Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise on necessary actions. • Maintain statutory records, licenses, permits, and ensure timely filings (ROC, GST, Labour, etc.). • Implement and oversee internal compliance programs, policies, and training. • Support audits and internal control assessments for compliance with internal policies and external standards. • Ensure all company documents are in accordance with ISO standards, ensure smooth ISO annual surveillance audits for CTS India.

3. Policy Development and Enforcement

Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and code of conduct frameworks across all CTS entities. • Investigate compliance-related concerns and recommend remedial measures.

4. Coordination and Reporting

Liaise with various departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects) to ensure integrated compliance and legal processes. • Prepare and present regular compliance and legal updates to the Group CEO and senior management. • Conduct and manage internal meetings, follow up with owners, and ensure the timely closure of all items to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements: • bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognised university. Additional certifications in corporate or compliance law is a plus. • Solid understanding of corporate law, contracts, compliance frameworks, and regulatory environments across India and Southeast Asia. • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. • High ethical standards, professionalism, multi-tasking, support the organisation around the clock whenever necessary, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
