Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Chairman and Operations Department . The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing complex scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks in a fast-paced, multinational environment.


The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the Chairman’s office, legal counsel, and internal departments, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance across all corporate and operational activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, and format contracts, legal documents, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate document execution, notarization, attestation, and filing with authorities.
  • Maintain and update the Group’s legal and corporate records.
  • Assist in preparing board resolutions, meeting minutes, and briefing materials.
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, correspondence, and legal-related communications.
  • Liaise with external law firms, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
  • Support compliance submissions and track legal deliverables and approvals.
  • Conduct basic legal research and due diligence when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 60 words per minute.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and correspondence.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.
