Executive – Legal Department

Job Purpose:

The Legal Executive will assist the Legal Department in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts, legal documents, and compliance matters. The role requires excellent communication and drafting skills in both Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and translate contracts, agreements, and legal documents in Arabic and English.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in handling litigation matters, coordinating with external law firms when required.
  • Support the legal team in providing advice on corporate, commercial, and labor law issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal files, records, and documentation.
  • Research legal issues and prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulators on legal matters.
  • Support management in decision-making by providing timely legal insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of legal experience (preferably in corporate/contract law).
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent drafting, reviewing, and legal translation skills (Arabic ↔ English).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
