Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Licensing Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of licensing activities, including processing, reviewing, and managing applications in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to policies while delivering high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and process license applications, renewals, amendments in line with regulatory and organizational policies.

Verify submitted documents and ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, HSE, Finance, etc.) to resolve licensing-related issues.

Provide guidance and support to clients regarding licensing requirements, processes, and procedures.

Ensure adherence to timelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for licensing activities.

Stay updated on regulatory changes, government policies, and market practices related to licensing.

Handle client inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases to senior management when required.
Reporting:

Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the organizational requirements, in adherence to the company’s policies and quality standards
Qualifications
Education
:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience
:
-
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, compliance, or administrative roles.
Knowledge & Skills
:

Understanding of regulatory and licensing procedures within the UAE.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications.

Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures effectively.
Communication Skills
:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Technical Skills
:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience with licensing or CRM systems is an advantage.
