About the Company

IndianChemist is a healthcare operations and technology startup focused on improving supply movement and service execution for pharmacy partners using digital tools and structured processes. We are currently running a pilot phase to test and optimize our logistics and delivery workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor daily logistics and delivery execution

· Coordinate with third-party delivery partners and internal teams

· Track pickup, delivery, and route completion status

· Handle delivery exceptions, delays, and escalations

· Ensure process adherence and basic service quality checks

· Share daily operational updates and improvement inputs

· Support pilot testing by identifying logistics gaps and inefficiencies

Basic Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline

· 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, delivery operations, or field coordination

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills

· Ability to work with external delivery partners

· Comfortable using mobile apps, dashboards, and basic tools

· Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
