Executive – Maintenance (E&I)

Location: Lote, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
Function: Supply Chain – Manufacturing – Maintenance
Work Location: Plant

Objective

To manage and execute all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities and related projects to ensure smooth functioning of production lines and process areas across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all E&I maintenance activities to meet production schedules and ensure maximum productivity.
• Oversee annual, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of all equipment.
• Execute Electrical and Instrumentation engineering projects within the plant.
• Implement preventive maintenance systems, maintain equipment history, and manage asset registers.
• Prepare and manage annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Handle maintenance planning and control activities.
• Develop vendors for spares and coordinate with contractors for external maintenance services.
• Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws—labor, pollution control, fire & safety, electrical installations, etc.
• Ensure all electrical safety systems are functional.
• Maintain GMP practices as per company standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / E&I

Experience:

• 3–6 years (E&I mandatory)
