We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Sri City plant as Executive – Maintenance.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Understanding operational requirements and ensuring 100% equipment availability to achieve business goal.
2. Able to work & troubleshoot and Modify PLC Logic’s based on requirements.
3. Implementing measures to make the operation process easy, effective and user friendly.
4. Maintaining high of safety standards & implementing onsite for safe operations.
5. Inventory & spares management ensuring the minimum & maximum levels of critical spares for Sensors, Drives, HT & LT switchgears, General Consumables, and motors.
6. Carrying out maintenance as per SAP PM schedule and its compliance.
7. Annul Checks for HT and LT systems are essential (Utilities) and timely Coordinate with AMC Service Provides. Understanding operational requirements and carrying out application development by coordination with cross functional (Production and QC) teams.
8. Manpower management to proficiently oversee a team of 5 employees, Planning Shift Schedule by following complins.
9. RCA & its corrective actions to ensure elimination of repetitive failure.

1. 5 to 7+ years’ Experience in Electrical & Automation Maintenance in a process industry (Preferably for Gypsum Boards Manufacturing industries).
2. BTech/ Diploma in EEE & EIE
3. Exposure to Allen Bradly Control Logix PLC’s.
4. Exposure to Factory Talk SCADA Systems.
5. Exposure to Allen Bradly VFD’s Power Flex 525 and Power Flex 755.
6. Exposure to LT/HT Switch Gears, Transformers routine checks and Annual testings.
7. Exposure to Ethernet I/P Networking.
8. Knowledge on 5S & Lean Management
9. Working knowledge of instruments like Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Actuators and Load Cells.
10. Working Knowledge on Loss in weight feeders, belt weigh feeders & Conveyor automation
11. Knowledge of Chillers, Compressors and Diesel Generators.
